Lindsey Masciangelo is the Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia Wings National Lacrosse Team franchise. She oversees all areas of the business and lacrosse operations. The Philadelphia Wings joined the Comcast Spectacor Sports and Entertainment portfolio in 2017 and began play at the Wells Fargo Center in 2018.

Lindsey also owns and operates a leadership consulting business, MiMo Consulting, where she works with organizations of all sizes to identify potential areas of growth through the development of their people and processes. She develops and facilitates presentation skills training and new manager training, as well as, conducting individual coaching sessions for managers at all levels of the organization.

Lindsey previously served as the Director of Learning and Development at Comcast Cable where she was responsible for growing leaders within various business units throughout the company. Additionally, she served as one of the first professional development leads for the Women’s Network at Comcast with the primary goal of growing and developing women leaders throughout the organization. She also served as a lead for the employee resource group mentoring committee where she was focused on matching experienced leaders with younger employees and finding structured ways to help matches engage and help one another succeed.

Prior to her role at Comcast Cable, Lindsey served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Philadelphia Flyers. During her tenure with the Flyers, she built a high performing marketing department that encompassed advertising, social media, sponsorship activation, publicity, game presentation, and community relations. She was instrumental in bringing the Winter Classic to Philadelphia in 2012 and created the promotion around the NHL and Alumni Games. Under her leadership, the Flyers were voted by the Sports Business Journal as #1 in the NHL for their marketing efforts for two consecutive years. Her team also received the Sports Media Marketing award for the most creative promotion during the Stanley Cup Playoff run in 2010.

Lindsey earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Boston University and her Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University. She resides in South Jersey with her husband, Drew and two daughters, Mia and Morgan.
