Laurie Kleinman is Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs & Risk Management. In this position, Kleinman is responsible for designing and implementing an overall risk management policy, handling all safety and insurance issues throughout the company, procuring and maintaining all insurance programs and the oversight and management of all liability matters. Kleinman joined Comcast Spectacor in 2016 as Vice President of Risk Management before being promoted to her current role in 2024.

Prior to joining Comcast Spectacor, Kleinman was a Claim Consultant with the insurance brokerage, employee benefits and risk management consulting firm Conner Strong & Buckelew. At Conner Strong, Kleinman provided risk management guidance to clients by serving as the liaison with insurers on all insurance coverage matters, conducting quarterly claim strategy meetings to review and analyze losses, strategizing with defense counsel regarding claim resolution, ensuring proper reserving practices and claim management by carriers and providing claim trending and analysis.

She joined Conner Strong & Buckelew from Cozen O’Connor, where she practiced as a Member in the Global Insurance Group. As a Member of Cozen O’Connor, Kleinman enjoyed a broad-based litigation practice focusing exclusively on insurance coverage matters. She represented and counseled major domestic and international insurance companies on all aspects of insurance coverage disputes, including the provision of complex coverage analyses, litigation avoidance and resolution and litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

Kleinman graduated from the University of Connecticut before earning her Juris Doctor (JD) cum laude from the Villanova University School of Law.
