Lauren McNally is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and oversees a wide range of Employee Relations matters for Comcast Spectacor. As the SVP of HR, McNally leads employee engagement and people strategies, as well oversight of all Human Resources matters for the Flyers and Wells Fargo Center. In addition, she leads Human Resources for Spectacor Gaming, Philadelphia Wings, Maine Mariners, Flyers Training Center and Comcast Spectacor’s corporate activity.

McNally first joined the organization as a Human Resources Assistant in 2006. Since that time she has excelled through a series of HR roles with increasing responsibility. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with proven dexterity across Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Organizational Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and Leadership.

Lauren earned her B.A. in management and psychology from Gettysburg College and later received her MBA from Villanova University. She has also completed the Women in Leadership Program at the University Of Pennsylvania Wharton School Of Business. In 2019 she was awarded the Gettysburg College Young Alumni Award for Career Development. Lauren was also a founding member and lead of the Comcast Spectacor Women’s Network and is currently an Executive Sponsor of the Spectacor Gaming Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the Lead for the Spectacor Sports and Entertainment DE&I Committee.
