Cynthia Punsalan

Cynthia Punsalan is the Senior Vice President of Business Administration for Comcast Spectacor. In this role, Punsalan designs and implements business processes and controls to organize and coordinate interdepartmental activities. She is responsible for IT acquisition, implementation of security and privacy controls, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Punsalan has amassed nearly two decades of experience in organizational transformation focusing on the improvement of organizational controls and business processes, modernization of financial and point of sale systems, change management and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Comcast Spectacor, Punsalan was with Oracle and spent over 15 years in management consulting with Grant Thornton, IBM and PwC Consulting. Punsalan also worked for golf course management companies, advising leadership in the development and execution of administrative processes for financial management, human capital, and information systems.

Punsalan earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Assumption in the Philippines.
